3:01Now PlayingSedition Law Hearing | The Supreme court is scheduled to hear the petitions challenging the constitutional validity of the colonial-era sedition law. A day before the SC hearing, the center had asked for an extension of a week on defining 'Anti-National'. This was the second extension asked for by the centre. A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice of India NV Ramana and Justices Hima Kohli and Surya Kant are scheduled to hear the case today. But there is uncertainty about whether the hearing will happen today or not. In the last hearing, the apex court had made it clear that no adjournment will be given in the case.
