As per the Supreme Court order, the State Election Commission has resumed the election process of 14 Municipal Corporation including Mumbai and gave directions to these corporations to submit their final ward composition by May 17. During a Supreme Court hearing last week the Court directed the State Election Commission to hold local body elections without Other Backward Class(OBC) reservation.
