6:40Now PlayingAccording to the latest news from Mirror Now, Tamil Nadu Education Minister K Ponmudy fueled the country's ongoing linguistic issue on Friday by suggesting that Hindi speakers sell pani puris in Coimbatore. He further questioned why other languages are needed when people in the southern state are studying Tamil and English. The Tamil Nadu minister said at a convocation function at Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu has two official languages: English and Tamil. Tamil is a local language, whereas English is an international language.
