Maximum temperature in Delhi breaches the 49 degree Celsius mark. The extreme weather conditions have made it tougher for Delhiites to get by summers this year. The constant heat waves in the capital and the adjacent states. Mirror now got on ground and talk to the people in the city. Combined with this, constant power outages have made it even more difficult. Some regions recorded temperatures even higher, 49.2 and 46.4 degrees.
On the other hand, Assam is seeing battering floods in the state. According to the State's disaster management facility, 7 people have been reported missing in the floods across 6 districts. The ground report comes in from the Hasao district where the IAF is rescuing citizens via airlifting.
The Bombay High court has observed that kissing on the lips and the fondling of private parts is considered as unnatural offences under Section 377 of IPC. This happend when last year, a minor boy's father lodged a complaint agianst the accused for sexual assault. After medical examination, the judge noted that it did not support his accusations.
