The DGP in his high-level meeting has directed the officers to strengthen the security grid in particular areas to ensure safety and security for people and he has also said, there should be a push to intensify anti-terror operations. Meanwhile, Rahul Bhat was employed as a clerk under the special employment package for migrants. He was working at the Tehsil office in Chadoora town in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorists gunned him down inside the Tehsil office a week ago.
