Nirmala Sitharaman finance minister yesterday has announced the cut of excise duty on fuel prices and today only P Chidambaram who had earlier tweeted slamming the center over the cut on fuel prices and vat. He said that yesterday FM used excise duty but the reduction has been made. And the entire burden is on the center. However today also he slammed the center saying that the situation right now is like being in the devil and deep blue sea.
