as posted by the channelThe latest update coming in the terror funding case Yasin malik has been given life imprisonment punishment in a terror funding case. Delhi court has awarded life imprisonment to JKLF chief Yasin Malik and because of the court order, the security has been increased in and out in Srinagar. As per the section 121 rule, he has been sentenced to life imprisonment. Malik also faced charges under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and Indian Penal Code sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 124-A (sedition). Malik on May 10 pleaded guilty to all charges after they were framed in March. He told the court he would not challenge any of the charges.
