According to the most recent Mirror Now reports, no female worker can be forced to work late shifts. Organizations must obtain consent from female workers. The organisation must provide free food, adequate resources, transportation, and safety for female late-night workers. This rule applies to female employees who work from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. The rules also said that no woman can be terminated on the basis of the denial of the ability to do night shifts. The Uttar Pradesh government has implemented a new rule. This rule is imposed for women's safety.
