as posted by the channelAs per the latest news on Mirror Now, the Greater Chennai Corporation launched the Namma Chennai app in 2018 for citizens to report civic issues and see to their resolution but now corruption overnights the Namma Chennai app. Three years since the launching of this app several users in fact have complained about intermediation and threats if they filed complaints about the app. Several residents have alleged that they get calls from the civic body officials, threatening them not to file a complaint and some of them asked the residents to register their complaints orally by calling them on their personal numbers.
