IndiGo CEO Ronojoy Dutta has said that the airline will conduct an internal case study on how to handle specially-abled passengers better, especially when they are feeling distressed. the DGCA, aviation regulator, had imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh to the IndiGo airline for denying boarding to a specially-abled child at Ranchi airport on May 7.
