The vacation bench of Justices MR Shah and Aniruddha Bose said it would issue its decision tomorrow. After hearing both sides' submissions, the order was reserved. The court noted that eight rounds of counselling had occurred prior to the seats remaining empty. The Court also highlighted that it is a three-year course, and that more than half of the seats are all non-clinical seats.
