As per sources, the police said that alternate locations to protest are now given to protest but the leaders are not ready to abide by the orders.
In fact, the Congress workers stage protest holding placards in support of party leader Rahul Gandhi outside AICC headquarters ahead of his appearance before ED today in the National Herald case.
