News, coming in from Maharashtra the Bombay High court has granted an order to the Maharashtra government over the kanjurmarg land. Kanjurmarg land and private firm both have been in talks since 2020 as The govt wants to construct a car shed for the Mumbai Metro on the very same land that the Maharashtra government, the Centre, the BMC, and numerous other governmental and private entities have all claimed ownership of. On Wednesday, Justice Anil Menon stated that Adarsh Water Parks and Resorts had hidden important information, such as the existence of other claimants, to obtain the declaration. The state government found out in March of this year that Adarsh Water Parks and Resorts had been granted ownership of this land by the high court in October of 2020. Tune in for more
