At least four people have been feared washed away in a flash flood triggered by the cloud burst in Kullu district, though rescue teams were rushed, they are stuck midway due to landslides, the senior State Disaster Management official stated.
Meanwhile, the Badrinath Highway was blocked as debris continued to fall near Sirobgad because of heavy rains in the state. Notably, the Badrinath Highway is the alternate route to Khankra Chhatikhal, Srinagar road has also been closed, the traffic has been disrupted due to landslides in the area.
