It said, "we are committed to ensuring safety" and also stated that it will reply in specified time. Earlier today, a show cause notice was issued to SpiceJet by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) after the airline reported eight malfunction incidents in last 18 days.
Yesterday too, a SpiceJet flight going to Dubai from Delhi had to make an emergency landing at the Karachi airport in Pakistan after developing a technical fault.
