The number and value of the seized contraband may increase as long as the search operation is ongoing, he warned. The ATS searched a shipping container that had recently arrived from another nation and was being kept at a container freight station outside the port after receiving a particular tip. According to the official, the ATS discovered roughly 70 kilograms of heroin hidden in the consignment. Drugs worth crores have recently been recovered by a number of state and federal agencies, including the ATS and the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI).
