India witnessed its first case of Monkeypox in Kerala after spreading across various parts of the world. The patient returned from UAE was showing symptoms of Monkeypox, Samples of his blood test were sent to a lab for Pune virology centre which came positive. Central government has sent one team which will work together with the state and give their recommendations. The Kerala Health minister said there is nothing to fear. We are joined by Doctor Ishwar Gilada, Secretary General, OMAG to speak if we should be worried about Monkey Pox.
