The Supreme Court will hear a complaint against the disqualification notice issued to 14 MLAs of the Uddhav Thackeray camp, according to news reports from Maharashtra. The newly appointed speaker of the Maharashtra assembly forwarded this to them. On July 21, the Supreme Court will hear the case. The appeal will be examined with other pending petitions related to the political unrest in Maharashtra. Following Eknath Shinde's and his supporting MLAs' mutiny against the MVA administration last month, the state experienced severe unrest. The Uddhav administration was overthrown and replaced by a new one in the state thanks to Eknath Shinde and the BJP. Right now, the Supreme Court is debating the dispute about the legal ramifications of party and government.
