Following Eknath Shinde's and his supporting MLAs' mutiny against the MVA administration last month, the state experienced severe unrest. The Uddhav administration was overthrown and replaced by a new one in the state thanks to Eknath Shinde and the BJP. Right now, the Supreme Court is debating the dispute about the legal ramifications of party and government.
