Because it was such a delicate operation, extreme confidentiality was maintained. As the search proceeded, paramilitary force members with guns were stationed at the camp. The special camp is run by the Tamil Nadu Revenue Department, and it is home to dozens of prisoners who often hold demonstrations in an effort to get their criminal charges dismissed faster so they may be released. The NIA searches are being done in response to certain information implicating certain Sri Lankan nationals who are staying in the camp. Tune in for more!
