A total of 23 Indian fishermen who were detained by the Sri Lankan Navy for allegedly poaching in the nation's territorial waters have been released and returned, according to the Indian High Commission on Friday. The Indian High Commission in this country tweeted, "23 Indian fishermen were repatriated back to their homes this morning from Colombo." Six Indian fishermen were detained on July 12 by the Sri Lankan Navy for allegedly crossing the maritime border while fishing in the Palk Strait area.#SriLanka #IndianFishermen #SriLankaNavy
