as posted by the channelBreaking News: The Supreme Court of India has directed Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala to approach the High Court over his petition on the Aadhar-Voter ID card linkage issue. Congress leader had filed a petition challenging the Election Law Amendment Act that makes linking voter identity card with Aadhar card mandatory. His plea was refused by the bench of justices DY Chandrachud and AS Bopanna and allowing him to withdraw his plea and reach the High Court.
