After one year of the unfortunate incident, the Central Bureau of Investigation ordered life imprisonment for the two convicts in the case. A year ago, on July 28, 2021, the Dhanbad High Court Judge, Mr. Uttam Anand, was run over by an auto-rickshaw while he was on his morning walk. The two accused were arrested and later convicted. Finally, the verdict has been pronounced by the High Court.
