The Sessions Court in its order said that the complainant herself was exposing by wearing a dress which was sexually provocative. Hence, a case of sexual harassment will not stand prima facie. The order says that the woman’s pictures have been submitted by the accused along with his bail application, in which she can be seen wearing sexually provocative clothes. In another observation by the court, it said that it is impossible to believe a 74-year-old man with physical disability can forcefully make a girl sit on his lap.
