ED has come across certain documents and a laptop, on which ED is questioning Abhishek Banerjee.
In May, the Supreme Court directed the ED to interrogate the TMC leader and his wife in Kolkata instead of Delhi in connection with the case. The apex court also said it would not tolerate any kind of obstruction and interference by the state machinery if the ED interrogates Banerjee and his wife in Kolkata.
