The Supreme Court on Wednesday had a hearing on the Hijab case, and there are some crucial observations that the SC made. Justice Hemant Gupta, who is part of the bench, has said that the problem is that one community insists on wearing a head scarf while other communities are following the dress code. Adding up to the interesting argument, it was also said that no one is opening the shirts of students and see whether they are wearing Rudraksha or not.
