Yesterday the court listened to the demand of urgent hearing by Eknath Shinde camp. The battle of whom the symbol of Shiv Sena belongs to is still with the court. Five judge courts bench by Justice Chandrachud has asked all these five parties to file the reply by 27th September whether the Supreme Court will decide whether the ongoing proceedings before election commission or not. Eknath Shinde has claimed that 39 MLAs are with him and the symbol belongs to him.
