They demonstrated outside the university's main office, claiming that the building will have an impact on the academic environment. Students say 'build us a library, not a temple.' "Utilize the funds for our laboratory. We're facing a lot of basic shortages", says Tilak, a Student at Bangalore University. "Decision to build a temple is always personal", says KV Dhananjay, Advocate Supreme Court.
