2:08Now PlayingThe CBI launched a search operation on Tuesday at 33 sites, including the home of ex-Jammu and Kashmir SSB chairman Khalid Jahangir, to investigate suspected anomalies in the recruitment of sub-inspectors in the Union Territory. Ashok Kumar, the Controller of Examinations for the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), is also being searched. The searches are taking place in Jammu, Srinagar; Haryana's Karnal, Mahendergarh, and Rewari; Gujarat's Gandhinagar; Delhi, Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad; and Karnataka's Bengaluru. This is the CBI's second set of searches in conjunction with its investigation into suspected irregularities. At the request of the Jammu and Kashmir administration, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has opened an investigation against 33 people.
