as posted by the channelIn the latest developments concerning the row over the Vedanta Foxconn deal with the Gujarat government, the NCP and the Shiv Sena workers of the Uddhav Thackeray camp have expressed their dissent with CM Eknath Shinde alleging him of succumbing to the pressure of the central government. They alleged that the Shinde government let the deal go out of hand due to the Centre's pressure. Several of the NCP workers were also detained by the police as they protested against the government in the state. Vedanta and Foxconn were reportedly in the final stages of talks with the Maharashtra government for setting up its new semiconductor plant. However, they ended up signing MoU with the Gujarat government on Tuesday. Watch to know more!
