as posted by the channelIn a significant development concerning the 2017 Kerala Sexual assault case, the state High Court has dismissed the plea of the victim to transfer the case to a special court. With this order, the trial will be continued before the sessions and district court itself. Earlier the case was transferred from the CBI court to the District Court after which the victim filed a plea to transfer it to the special court on which the High court delivered its verdict on Thursday, September 22. Actor Dileep is also one of the accused in the case and the victim stated that she had lost faith in the trial court and hence wanted to transfer it to the special court. Watch to know more!
