A big win for Uddhav Thackeray's Shivsena faction as the Bombay high court announces its decision on Dussehra Rally to take out on October five in Shivaji Park in Mumbai. The court has also given permission to begin the preparations from October 2nd onwards. With the final decision of the Bombay High Court, the fight between the two factions of Shivsena has come to an end. Uddhav Thackeray expressed gratitude towards the court and said that the faith in the judiciary stood vindicated on the other hand Eknath Shinde also said that he and his faction respects the decision of the Court.
