"The driver of the vehicle lost control and collided with the railing on the sea link because the front tire on the left side of the vehicle abruptly burst. A six-person team, an ambulance, and a towing vehicle were soon dispatched to the scene. A few minutes later, an SUV driving at high speed smashed the Swift car from behind. "The impact was so strong that it rammed into the ambulance, which then struck the cars parked in front of it."
