She also raised questions about whether molesting India's daughter is good behavior. Mahua Moitra also tweeted about the same and said, "Ache Din Acche Log... Beti Ko Molest Karna Bhi Is Good Behavior?"
She said Mitesh Bhatt, the convict in the Bilkis Bano case, also molested a woman in 2020 while on parole. A trial is still pending in that case.
On Monday, the Gujarat government told the Supreme Court that the 11 convicts in the Bilkis Bano case were released since they had completed 14 years in prison and their behaviour was found to be good, and also the Centre approved their release.
