A New York Court has dismissed a sexual assault lawsuit against Oscar-winner Kevin Spacey. The lawsuit, which claimed $40 million in damages, was filed by actor Anthony Rapp who accused Spacey of molesting him when was 14. The jury found that Rapp who was seeking damages for "emotional anguish," failed to prove that Spacey had "touched a sexual or intimate body part," leading to dismissal of the civil case.
