"India will never give up on its goal of apprehending those responsible for the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks," said external affairs minister S. Jaishankar as he paid tribute to the victims of the carnage alongside members of the UN Security Council.
"A veteran diplomat (S Jaishankar) will always use the words carefully, there was no need to name China," says Suresh Kumar Goel, Former Ambassador.
"What one country regards as terrorism, other country can regard as patriotism," said Andrew Leung, International and Independent China Strategist.
"S Jaishankar's statement can be decoded as he his pointing fingers at China. UNSC is a toothless body," says Maroof Raza, Group Consulting Editor, Times Network.
