4:15Now PlayingIn the midst of the political scuffle over Delhi's "extremely terrible" air quality, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said on Tuesday that addressing the issue of air pollution is not impossible but is a bit challenging. Gadkari added that the issue shouldn't be politicised and that farmers, the central government, state governments, and municipal corporations should cooperate. "Solving Delhi's pollution problem is a little difficult but not impossible. If the Central and state governments, municipal corporations and farmers make efforts together then we can solve the problem. We should forget politics and work together regarding it,” said Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. Tuesday's calmer winds caused Delhi's air quality to drop to the top end of the "very poor" category, shrouding the city in a veil of smoky haze.
