He says,'' I have written several letters to the honorable chief minister stating that I have certain queries to make, they do not explain to me the two monthly old bills, and they do not come to the Raj Bhawan. If they themselves know that what they are doing is not in accordance with the law. therefore they don't want to come to Raj Bhawan. Further, he went on to say that till last year Kerala had 13 universities, and all the appointments made are illegal. These appointments were made in violation of law of the land.
