2:13Now PlayingA Delhi court has granted bail to both Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) communications in-charge Vijay Nair and Hyderabad-based businessman Abhishek Boinpally in the Delhi excise policy case. Delhi's Rouse Avenue court granted bail to the duo with personal bond plus surety of Rs 2 lakh each. But they will not be released from jail as the Enforcement Directorate has been granted 5-day custody for further interrogation in the case. The court granted bail to the duo saying that the evidence collected during the course of investigation so far is all oral evidence and there is no material documentary evidence to substantiate these allegations. It added that the copies of some chats of Vijay Nair produced before the court were not found to be incriminating enough.
