In his speech, he says that AAP leader Bindu Shriram who was hoping for a ticket from ward no 54 Rohini-D was asked to pay almost Rs 80 lakhs for tickets by people concerned with MCD polls. She told them she'll pay Rs 21 lakhs then Rs 40 lakhs & again Rs 21 lakhs but was asked to pay all at once. He also added, "Entire money was supposed to go to Atishi, Gopal Rai, Durgesh Pathak, Saurabh Bharadwaj & Adil Khan.
