Delhi Police made substantial arguments in the court and had to take Aaftab to different locations for evidence and recovery of the murder weapon, which remains undiscovered. After hearing the case Delhi Court granted the extension of police custody for 5 days. This is also seen as a big relief for Delhi Police as they will get some more time to collect and coo borate the series of events and shreds of evidence in the brutal murder case.
