The minister, his son Mahender Reddy, son-in-law Marri Rajasekhar Reddy, and other individuals' homes in the districts of Hyderabad and Medchal Malkajgiri were simultaneously searched by the IT teams. During a raid at reddy’s property in Hyderabad, his son felt sick and was rushed to the hospital. The raid is being conducted by the IT department over suspected taxation. The searches, which included the Palm Meadows villas in Kompally, started early on Tuesday morning with the help of about 50 teams from the IT department's tax evasion division. Reddy confirmed that no torture has been done by the IT department.
