As per reports, he lost his cool after seeing the adverse condition of a school where children were suffering due to lack of resources. He however retracted his statement and issued an apology. Taking to his twitter handle, he wrote, "The word I used for former speaker Ramesh Kumar hurts me too. The use of that word is neither my nature, nor it is my personality.
