Karnataka Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on the Maharashtra-Karnataka border row stated that, "We have already spoken to Maharashtra government they have also told us that they are not going to involve the citizens. Issue is already in court we will directly fight there. But some Pro-Kannada groups have protested and spoiled the peace in the state which is not acceptable. Both the states CM have spoken to each other and also spoken to central government over Belagavi district. We have also spoken to the police department of both the states. Karnataka chief secretary has also spoken to Maharashtra chief secretary."
