Right-wing Hindu Jagruti Sena protested against the design of the railway station. Post protests, railway authorities started repainting the station from green to white. Hindu Jagruti Sena claimed that the structure of the railway station was similar to a mosque or dome. Members of the fringe group also held a rally against the railway department. Earlier, a bus stop in Karnataka's Mysuru was dragged into controversy for its structure. Mysuru bus stand had a big dome in the middle of two smaller domes. Mysuru’s civic authority razed the two smaller domes. Watch the video for more.
