A video of an argument between a passenger and an IndiGo airline crew member has gone viral on social media. According to the person who shot the video and tweeted it, the incident occurred on the airline's Istanbul-Delhi flight over food. In response, the airline stated that the passenger was disruptive onboard and insulted one of the air hostesses, forcing the crew lead to intervene. In a statement, the airline said that they are looking into the incident and assured that "customers' comfort has always been our top priority". The guest for this episode, Neetu Shukla, Ex In-Flight Service Director, Kingfisher airlines said, "Kudos to the air hostess for standing up for herself. It's important to draw the line.
