The CBI further said that NHRC guidelines were also not followed by the CID, and they even did not get any postmortem report on time. According to the CBI, the postmortem report was required in order to assist the court, which the CID did not provide. single bench now said, that matter will be heard tomorrow. and no judicial probe will be done for the moment as a PIL will not be required.
Certainly, a single bench judge said that the CBI can put all the problems they have been facing in an affidavit.
