Reportedly, the woman, in her 70s, also experienced problems with her seat because the Air India staff was unable to provide her an alternate seat. Additionally, it has been claimed that the airline did nothing until she wrote a letter to the chairman of Air India. Meanwhile, the airline has banned the passenger for 30 days from flying. Deliberating this, Sarosh Damania, Aviation lawyer said, “Only getting the person on No Fly List is not enough. He has committed criminal offences that are punishable as per the Indian Penal Case."
