They were already facing alarming fissures and gaps that had emerged in their homes, roadways, and agricultural fields. Many of the families were moved to safer areas on Wednesday as a result of the alarm. We are joined by a few special guests who will be sharing their views on it. Atul Sati, the convener of the Save Joshimath Committee, commented during the conversation that "the Uttarakhand government had been informed but did nothing".
