Two tweets regarding the Indian Army reportedly aimed at inciting hatred amongst different groups and engaged in conduct harmful to the maintenance of harmony were the subject of charges against Shehla Rashid Shora. Shora's case has been sanctioned for prosecution by Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena. Shehla claimed that the Indian army broke into homes at night, abducted youngsters, and pillaged residences.
