3:14Now PlayingThe administration of Jawaharlal Nehru University on Monday prohibited the JNU students' union from screening the BBC documentary 'India: The Modi Question' on campus. Later a complaint was lodged to Delhi Police to seek ban on screening of the documentary. Earlier in the day, the JNUSU issued a pamphlet inviting students to a screening of the documentary, which has been blocked in India, at the union's office on Tuesday at 9 p.m. "No prior permission for this event has been taken from the JNU administration," the university administration said in a statement. This is to emphasize that such unapproved activity may disrupt the peace and harmony of the university campus. The concerned students/individuals are strongly advised to cancel the proposed program immediately, failing which strict disciplinary action under university rules may be initiated."
